Duskblade of Draktharr on Varus

Has anyone thought of using this item on an archer-style Vaurs? Like full AD+armor pen. I realize he wont get much use out of the passive, but the stats alone seem fairly strong. Opinions? I feel like this shouldn't be a thing since its an assassin item, but as far as i can tell it isn't marked "melee only"

Build would be: Duskblade of Draktharr, yomuus, LW, other items. Would the armor pen from both stack? They're both unique, but I dont get if thats between the items, or just to stop you from buying two of each.
