Help with Morde
I don't play him since season 3-4 (didnt even remember). So:
- which lane? (i guess he's not jungler)
- some items?
- can i play him without a Rylai?
- why Morde is so badass?
I don't play him since season 3-4 (didnt even remember). So:
Top You still build rylais, you just don't rush it anymore
Rylai, liandry, sorc boots are core
Void staff or Ludens echo are good
Dead mans plate, spirit visage, GA, steraks gage, randuins are all good defensive items
Gun blade if you're willing to foot the cost. But he doesn't need the healing anymore
And trinity force on rare occasion for games where you are up against a comp that allows you to wade through the team and fight continuously
- which lane? (i guess he's not jungler)
top to learn the champion, bot afterward with a premade support if possible
- some items?
liandry rylai void staff this combo works for most of the games
- can i play him without a Rylai?
after 100 games yes, even without stormraider surge however you need a support
- why Morde is so badass?
metal
Mord is a beast, he can go toplane solo, or botlane as the carry IF your support knows how to play w/ mord (preferably Blitz/thresh type supports, naut can work too).
He can be played without rylais but it helps a lot w/ sticking power, HP/ap items are his thing, gunblade is also very good on him
, also imo
rush can be good too. Im a big fan of protobelt b/c it gives him a mobility CD to use.
Morde is a badass because although he is slow af and has minimal mobility if he gets on you he hits like a Magically haunted Freight train, can conscript your ghost (or a dragon) to fight for him w/ his ulty and can smash through turrets as well as any split pusher.
However morde has his weaknesses, he can be team dependent as he lacks mobility or CC of his own, and if your team is lacking in CC it can be hard to stick to targets, similar if the enemy team has a lot of mobility, he will get heavily kited.
hope my summary helped.
