What happened to Veigar's stun stopping dashes?
Is riot too scared of his win rate going over 40%?

ugh this rework is a complete mess. I wish they would just come out and say "we want to shelve this champion" like they did when they turned eve's stun into a slow or olaf'd olaf.
He's crap now. Quit playing him. They made it abundantly clear last patch they wanted to make him useless.
I admit it, I was expecting it to actually happen, but apparently the concept "Mobility is an extreme counter to Veigar" needs to live on :(
It's still coming! Just not this patch.
Its quite possible that they forgot to put it in the patch notes. Meddler JUST mentioned it last night on reddit (so i've heard) so I can't see why it wouldn't be on there.
Wouldn't be the first time something like that happened.
