Mute Individual Character /Laugh /Joke etc?

Not sure if there is a suggestions page, or if I'm in the wrong area.

Would there be any possibility to mute and individual champion's laughs and jokes? A bit of spamming is fine, but after a while, even if it's on from my own team, constant spamming makes it super hard to focus.

I did ask someone to please stop, as I couldn't focus, and someone else told me to just turn off voices. I feel like I miss out on so much personality of the champions if I were to do that.... Definitely enjoy hearing 'S laugh during Bullet Time. Got to have that!
