Motion to Lower Surrender Vote Requirement in URF

Yeah........ URF is a terribly infuriating game mode to play when you're losing early, and hardly ever -- that is in my experience -- have 8 minute surrender votes been successful. I motion we lower that requirement to a simple majority of 3 votes to end the game either at the first 8 minute vote or the following 12 minute surrender vote.
