Bard [Suggestions]
Edit 1: Thank you everyone for giving me your honest opinions and being very kind about it (most of you). I have changed some of them so they don't seem "honest to god bullshit".
As you know, this champion is very rarely picked and has a 1% pick rate. I'm one of those people who main him, and honestly, he's great. However, he could have a little more attention.
Bard is the "Wandering Caretaker". It's a very exotic title, however, there's a couple instances when his heals just don't work out as you want them to.
First off, I believe Bard deserves a much higher heal on his W. Yes, you can leave three. Yes, they give you a momentary speed buff. Yes, that speed buff often saves lives. However, when compared to other supports, such as Sona, Soraka, etc. They have much higher damage and heal more frequently. His shrine also takes an abnormally high amount of mana, however it is very understandable due to the fact that the heals are practically stationary for, seriously, the whole game. Unless they are taken or destroyed. Taken from a comment below, his W should get a lesser buildup time as you rank it up. His W takes a huge chunk of mana, does not heal very much, and takes 10 seconds to reach full power. And it still doesn't heal very much.
Second, his Q, Cosmic Binding. This is amazing. Honestly, I don't think it needs any work except for the fact that cough Morgana&'s Dark Binding cough Lux's Light Binding cough. I just don't think the stun is long enough. However, it is very easy to finish someone off that has been slowed or even stunned. I take back my earlier comment, maybe it is stronger than Lux's and Morgana's Q's. It slows you on hit, providing you a chance to kill that opponent or deal heavy damage, and can stun them if it hits a wall or a minion/enemy Champion. Although, the range to hit a wall or enemy Champion should be longer, as it is difficult to stun them if its after range is so short.
Third, Magical Journey, his E. I gotta say, this is my favorite skill on Bard. The gank possibilities are amazing. Except this and his Tempered Fate ultimate can be game changers. They can send you to your death, win a gank, or put it at a standstill. (I once Tempered Fate Yasuo mid ult COUGH). I think his Magical Journey is amazing, but maybe something could make it a little more, lets say, rewarding? As you level up your Magical Journey, you're able to travel through it faster along with your allies as the enemies travel through it slower... Than you. I think Magical Journey should slow down the enemy at max level and allow you to be more sneaky sneaky with your ganks.
Last but still the greatest ult in the game (in my opinion), his R, Tempered Fate. Now this is really a game changer. Its 50/50. Although sometimes, it feels 25/75. Yes, that 75% is on the enemy team. I just think it takes too long to cast his ultimate to the max distance which could potentially save an ally champion. Maybe you could possibly increase its traveling speed as the skill is ranked up? However this may deter some Bard mains such as myself because we have gotten used to predicting with its speed, so this is 50/50.
Thank you for listening to me rant about stuff Bard needs (for example his R and W, but those are really the only ones I have a problem with, I honest to god wouldn't care if you left alone his Q and E because those are the best skills in the game (in my opinion)] have and how he should get more attention!
