[Gameplay] Regarding the Reworked Fiora Passive

EDIT 1: It looks like it may just be the passive on Phage that grants extra movement speed! Case closed?

I am not a PBE Player or someone who has access to the PBE Client, however I have noticed that, after watching several videos of Fiora's rework, has a bug. Even when Fiora does not strike the passive she still gains extra movement speed. I don't know the exact details of the new Fiora and whether or not this is intended to happen, but I'm here to notify you guys just in case. I noticed this from Brofresco's Fiora Rework Top Gameplay, and from Redmercy1337's Fiora Rework Top Gameplay.

At what times does this occur? It could just be the rage passive on phage that grants movement speed.

Hmm, you're right. Maybe it was just the rage passive on Phage. I actually forgot about this.
