I Absolutely Love Irelia!!! Her kit is overall balanced.

Had a match against Irelia. She was top against our Xin Zhao and I was Master Yi jg. It was about 7 mins into the game and unsurprisingly she drew first blood, but she had about 15% hp left and I was nearby. We were both level 3 and I was at about 90% hp so I go in thinking it will be an easy kill. I approach her and bait out her stun and immediately Alpha Strike and activate my E. She immediately activates her shield and spams me with autos and double q and I'm dead literally 2 seconds later. I check her items.....she has a and meanwhile I have and and actually have more cs than her at that point. She escapes with literally a drop of blood left.

Yeah that makes a lot of sense! She didn't even land her stun and still demolished me. She is such a balanced champion, not overloaded in the slightest. Her 200 range for a melee champion isn't a problem at all either. When you think of a balanced champion, Irelia takes the cake. WoUldNT yOU AgREeeeee?

How did she double Q you without landing E or did the fight just last that long or did she ult? That being said I feel like Irelia... might be a bit ... ... overloaded? maybe idk if over loaded is the word, but I'm decently sure that they never fixed the main issue with her of being oppressive when ahead with her stun being annoying. Her new stun seems just as easy to land (maybe even easier since it's a generous hit box) and she seems way more powerful late in a team fight or 1v1 situation. That being said I'm probably missing something.

Also your story reeks out of bullshit, how did she even double Q you if you successfully baited out her stun? This thread sounds more like you're making stuff up just to complain.

OP you need to tone down on the bull a bit.

First up, Irelia cant double Q if she doesnt land the stun or ulti.

Second, if she did a early recall to get a ruby crystal only she couldnt have been much more than level 5, which means her Q could at most have done 50 + (70% bonus AD).

Even she thus landed 2 Q's they wouldnt have done more than 120 damage, which she couldnt because she missed her stun as you wrote, her W after a full channel would deal 100 damage.

So with abilities she would deal 150 AD damage......and then she auto attacked you to death supposedly.

OP.......the bullshit here is immense, if she had 20% health left at lvl 5 she´d have 162 left, with ruby crystal she´d have a bit more but with her being supposed to be so low it wouldnt be much.

You as a lvl 4 yi would at 90% have 720 health left, assuming she shielded your Q it would still deal around 72 damage, the instant auto after that would add about 35 damage.

"Edit, forgot to add damage from the item 1043 , end of edit"

Then her shield would expire and she´d have 55 health left, literally a single auto attack from you, or smite, or a hit from your passive.

OP,,,,,,,,,there is only a single clear explanation for what happened.

You saw her recalling under tower aggro or followed her as she tried to run away after she saw you, she attempted a long range stun under tower but failed and you went in after taking a shot or two, then she shielded you and you took another 2 shots and died before you could finish the deal.

And she barely survives thanks to the fact that she had activated the item 2033 and was thus gaining health as time went on, she was probably even healing as you were running towards her.

Bro thats nothing, (granted for early game that is STUPID AS HELL) but lategame yesterday, i saw an irelia vs fiora matchup, 2 different fights.

1st fight both ~ 5 and a half items, Fiora fully procc'd her ult on irelia, but irelia killed her w/ ~15-20% hp remaining in the heal circle, then at 6 items (pretty sure irelia outplayed this one timing her stun after fiora's parry), irelia beat fiora without losing hardly any hp. absolutely disgusting, steraks tri-force synergy nerfs next patch will help with this but still i think irelia is overtuned, but we'll see next patch.
