What happened to mundo
Why is he not being touched in the tank overhaul, he seems like he's in a pretty bad spot right now and his kit is super outdated.

Mundo is a Juggernaut, not a Tank.
As such, he isn't being directly changed in the tank update.
Chances are there is a VGU planned at some point in the future; they wouldn't be able to give him the attention necessary in a class update.
