im stuck in silver 3 and looking for someone to play with and give me some pointers so that I can play good.

Play easy champions with CC and you'll win more games. Stuff like liss annie ect. To win in those coin flip elo's you have to play things with CC or champions that are bruisers and dont die easy like darius, graves ect.
