Can lissandra get some love now with the new skin?

I mean lets be real she drew the short stick out of the 3 sisters since its meant to be ap ad and tank.

tbh i play sej alot with a 80% winrate and it honestly feels like pure tank sej does more damage then lissandra if shes not allowed the damage then some range? if not the range then some tank stats or better mana sustain? something?

granted she has a good amount of cc being a bit more then sej. but id value sejs more because she can get a 5 man stun closest thing lissandra can get is a 5 man snare
