She pushes you into the tower all game, sustaining through any poke with her natural spellvamp, and if you try to play aggressive she can either spellshield or just q you. It's one of the most boring lanes ever, and she doesn't even have any counters/counterplay.

If you try to gapclose onto her, she can either q and walk away from you or spellshield and walk away. Unless you're Akali or Nocturne there's no way you will keep up and get significant damage onto her, especially since you can't break her shield to cc her if you're ad.

Except she can just w and walk away. Once she gets a few points into her w it can clear the wave on its own, and she doesn't even have to push up with it.
3rd she scales late ... and one of her core items delays her power spike
Except her base damages are enough to keep her lane opponent in check. If she lands a Q + W with TLD you lose half your health.

She doesn't even have to be aggressive; she can just push you into the tower and outscale.

SwaggyMcGhee4201 votesI was saying that AD champs can't pop her spellshield because they don't have magic damage, and therefore can't cc her. Also, her q has a big enough hitbox that it's difficult to dodge unless you're behind minions. You're right that the only way you are able to damage her is when her q is down, but if you can't cc her, you won't get enough damage off that she can't just heal back up immediately.

SwaggyMcGhee4201 votesYou shouldn't have to completely rely on your jungler for kill pressure in lane. The thing that makes the lane unfun is the fact that all you can do it sit back and farm. If you have a Yi jungle or something, you really can't depend on your jungler to help you get ahead in lane.

that is a long cool down... so lets use 
mid cuz he is an early game bully...
his W has a 13second cool down
and her spell vamp is limited to how much damage she does and it scale with level so its not that good early game
and lets say patheon is running cdr runes for 7.5% and he gets 
for another 10% cdr for a total of 17.5% making his cool down on his W 11 seconds meaning if she used her E to block his stun from w she still takes damage from it and the Q chunking her hard... and its will be on cooldown when his W is up again and with 
he wins easily

oSEXYPLATYPUSo1 votesand a good anything player can dodge her Q and know how to take advantage when her E is on cooldown or a champ with mobility will be able to dodge her slow moving linear skill shot and not get hit by it and therefore she cant use it protect herself
i mean its not like there arent super high mobile champs out there with more then one gap close or mobility ability
SwaggyMcGhee4201 votesExcept her Q has a huge hitbox and short cast time. Gating her cooldowns is impossible when she just uses her w, backs off, then waits for the next wave, no matter how good you are.

Shadòw1 votesproblem is she usually just W's the wave and farms from a save distance, basically making it impossible to close in on her and also hard to gank correctly.
not having any problem with the champ in general but laning against her on mid is actually an awful experience.
