What i mean is: What happend to a free win for your promo after you lost one already or got demomted??? Why did riot removed it?

Its only for 1 promos. I mean if you lost gold 3 promos and then you went back to gold 4 - you will fet the free win for gold 4 promos andn ot the gold 3. And it stops at plat.
