[RUNES] Runes in champion select

My rune pages are gone and cannot create a new one, I am liited to classic pages that are garbage and aren't best at any champ. The bug is very frustrating and forces to dodge and wait a leave buster time. I dont know what is producing this bug, but it happend to me few times now and even two times in a row RIGHT NOW. Please fix it asap
