Has anyone tried an off-tank vayne build

Since vaynes passive is so damn strong, Im curious if anyone tried an off tank build like,

It would make her even more sustainable against mage assasins.

I feel like:

item 3078 item 3153 item 3006 item 3053 item 3812 item 3046

would be a better off-tank build for her if you're relying on her passive

Pros:

You have consistent damage from botrk/tri-force (q makes for an easy proc)
You have decent att spd from tri-force/botrk/boots/pd
Slight sustain from botrk
extra survivability from steraks
can't be deleted as easily with death's dance

I agree with most of these, i just cant see replacing my infinity edge with bork. Infinity edge gives a crazy advantage on damage, gives damage on its own. Bork is only 25 AD while the attack speed is effective it can be made up with a strong infinitty edge, Agree with the rest.

the problem with replacing botrk with ie is that you lose out on att spd and sustain which imo is more valuable that extra damage on crits, which doesn't seem useful for Vayne if your relying on your passive for damage when you sacrafice ad for tank stats.

It's a matter of preference though, you do you :3

So my quesiton I ask Yi and vayne and other adc mains is. youre gaining 40% attack speed, which later in the game stacked on your speed items is great. But early on is it worth it. Its pretty much bumping your attack speed from like 0.80 to 1.2 or so. Not that much of a difference in laning phase.

But heres my deal. If you go with Infinity edge blood thirster phantom dancer greavers black cleaver and maw, youre doing about 800 damage per crit strike with about 50% crit strike chance, For squishes who have around 2000 health max end game, thats about 50% of their health damage.

But I understand the sustain deal too.

This isn't off tank build no offense buddy. It's just a Vayne build with a little arm pen which quite frankly isn't all that useful IMO on Vayne. You're better off getting Death's Dance than BC. Steraks is fine but again GA is also another prime example that's much better than BC. Vayne doesn't need any arm pen if she got her W.
