Turrets

Im reading about the upcoming changes to turrets in season 9 abd two things come to mind.

1. Will this change make siege champs OP? Heimerdinger and zhonya will be the standard. And what will this do to ziggs turret execute? Can he execute barriers?

2. I was hoping that there would be a huge power spike on turrets. And was kind of sad there isnt. That being said can we get a game mode where towers are scary as hell?

Im talking 50% true hp dmg on hit with a burn. Towers launching ziggs, karthus, EZ, Lux ults all over the map.

Id like to see towers put the fear of God back into players.
