I finished a game and in the end game screen it said this??? What does it mean?

I believe that due to an issue with the servers, the game has severe lag and RITO does not count any losses during that time frame.
It means they found a problem with ranked, disabled it during your game and those who lost normals didn't get a loss and ranked did not lose lp.
