I can never get a S or higher as Pantheon

So i main Pantheon and im level 6 with him but i can never get an S or S+ with him because either we surrender because almost all of us are getting wrecked by the enemy players or they surrender because we keep wrecking them. At the end of the game I don't think i have enough farm even if I'm 15/5, because nowadays i play Pantheon in the jungle. If i play him top I try to get a item 3077 to help with farm but i still don't have enough for an S. Can someone help me with the order of items, and help me of which items to buy?

OMG dude your farm is horrible.

Look up your matches on na.op.gg. To the right of your KDA is your cs count. Next is that in brackets is a number. That number is your CS per minute. On average that number for you is 2 which is very very bad. The average Bronze player gets around 4 per minute. You need to get that closer to 7 to get S ratings.
