Black Champ Select screen

So i was gonna play a game, but the champ select didn't load in, so i saw a black screen with sounds of banning champs, so i couldn't select anything. never happened to me before and is probably a bug in the new patch. I had to go through a small dodge timer. It was annoying mostly
