I find the game to be rather unenjoyable. Dynamic queue is a huge part of that. But every single change they've made, outside of the new champ select, has been horrid

Any fun? Sure. The rotating game modes has been fun, ARAM has usually been fun, and an occasional game has been enjoyable, yeah.

If what you mean is "as much fun as previous seasons or league experiences" then god no. Rito has been a walking catastrophe for two years running, and I consistently ask myself when it is time to just quit.

ARAM and rotating game modes are at least 95% of what I do now. I still enjoy them, but SR has become less and less fun. I don't even want to play normals or ranked anymore without friends, because it's so dull and everything's a snowball with or against premades.

I definitely don't want to play ranked without a better matchmaking system. The Remake options is probably gonna fix that. we'll see. It definitely addresses the biggest problem in the game's ranked experience.

Normals are great, though.

You're probably one of the only people who thinks having 1 afk every once in a while is what is somehow ruining this season. Them adding a remake option does no fix the other large problems this season brought.

Actually, I am having a blast. I am a solo player, but I really don't care either way about Dynamic Que. I seem to be matched with nice people on both my team and the enemy team who can all have a pretty good laugh together. Basically, what I am saying is, League is very fun to me. I suspect that it is very fun to many people.

It's somewhat ironic. Everyone who has fun with League is playing it right now. The people on the boards tend to, as a majority rule, spend more time talking about the game than playing it then wonder why they have no fun with the game. This is the reason they have complaints. They are literally their own perpetuation to their own problem. I only get on here briefly in the mornings and after work while I smoke before playing. It's always the same things. Kids arguing over kiddish problems.

Just returned to game after taking a season or two off, game is kind of a mess. Nothing feels 'right' anymore.

Even the game environment is off, people don't talk or banter, everyone is down everyone else's throats about reporting. Hell, I'll take some good ol shit talk over that.

From someone who has been playing since Mordekaiser was first released, I'm a big fan of this current season...

New Rift Herald buffs feels like a significant, worthwhile objective now.
My friends and I are having fun playing in Dynamic Queue together, being able to tryhard for LP, knowing that our random teammates will also be tryharding.
I'm having fun playing a lot of non-meta (but not in off-role positions) champions.
I'm finding the Elemental Dragons to be a very good addition to the game. My friends and I often talk about which Elemental Dragons we want, and we pay specific attention to what the next Elemental Dragon is and whether we want to vie for it or not.
The new mage changes are fun and compelling. Brand and Annie have been funny to play against, because of Brand's surprise AoE devastation. Playing against Annie, I even found myself more concerned about Tibbers than her spell rotation, exclaiming "oh my god Tibbers hurts!" over comms. Vel'Koz has a great strategic niche now. Swain feels less clunky to use (with the exception of the accidental ult cast stutter).
New mage items feel nice to use, especially the addition of CDR onto different items

What I don't get is, any champ that sees a rise in play, gets nerfed hard, just to bring it back to the same boring champs people have been playing for 5-6 years. Whats the point in releasing new champs/making reworks, if everyones just gonna be stuck in an endless cycle of maokai, ryze, leblanc, alistar, lulu, lucian, corki, ez etc

Personally, I'm having fun. The game feels open with more opportunities than before.

I made a smurf, I've been having a blast at Silver and Gold (Sadly I went out of Silver in 20 games so couldn't enjoy the stomping too much :/ )

In Diamond the game is ... ugh. Everyone abuses the broken things, games are decided in champ select, premades dominate everything, it sucks.

riot need to addres the problems at high rating because it sucks right now

honestly?getting to plat this season wasn't as satisfying as was getting to gold in season 3. all I had to do was abuse certain champs because anything else wound up with losses, it wasn't like this in season 3/4.

now the game is just filled with premade, horrible to play with and against. It's in every mode, not just ranked which sucks.

I've found this current patch to be more fun than any previous part of Season 6.

I'm mindful to say whether or not it's better than prior seasons though because Rose-Colored glasses make everything nice and some of my best times were with friends rather than any particular meta.

i mean i could care less about people playing together i do it somethimes with friends but you could always do that in normals anyway never had problems with it. and when everyone was online we would 5x5

As someone that doesn't play a wide enough breadth of champions to abuse whatever's OP in a given patch, I tend to get more frustration out of matches than fun. That's why if nobody on my friend list is on I'll play either ARAM or the rotating game mode and it's been like that just about since the season started.

No, he's an unranked douche with a majority of losses who's trying to give off the illusion of being good at this game by trying to look like he knows what he's talking about. He's probably just jealous that no one will boost him cause of his attitude so he just says that to everyone who is rated higher than him to continue his self-induced delusion of grandeur. He's obviously the kind of guy who blames his team for losses. In short, he can't be 11. That would suggest he would be able to outplay an 11 year old.

We had that in season 4 too. It was the most enjoyable time I had. They removed the strategical part of LoL with the start of Season 6 and now reintroduced it with the new dragons. I'm having a blast. You have to actually think now instead of going in, killing the carry, repeat with the second squishy and then win the game.

I actually enjoyed this season by only playing blind pick and practicing out of meta champion. I especially enjoy the rotating gamemodes :)

Honestly, compared to last season, I'm having slightly more fun. It could be that I've started playing the game at later times since I'm in college and that influences who I get matched with, but for some reason there are a lot less toxic players in my games. That's no excuse for the state of balance of the game, though- this season's the worst by far.
