Pre-created rune pages too clunky

Can riot do something to get rid of the pre-created rune pages maybe after the month of january when everyone has already experimented with them? For people that have had a lot of time to play this preseason it's really annoying to see you're created rune pages and have these extra pages which you never use just making the rune pages clunkier. Just my opinion but I think it would make the rune pages (Specifically in champion select) a much tidier menu.

Again I specify that the concern is in the champion select screen when your choosing you're rune page, it just feels uncomfortable and clunky to see them.
