Vladimir Q Cooldown

There is a bug with Vladimir that if you use your Q and a minion or target dies exactly as you cast it your Q goes on cooldown even though it didn't hit anything. I feel it affects trading very harshly considering it has a 8 sec or so cooldown early levels and the opponent just sees you with low hp even though you were casting Q to heal.
