@Riot - bot players all over lower level play

I'm currently levelling up this account (not banned on main before anyone assumes) and the amount of players that are bots / script / account farmers / sellers / whatever you want to call them is unreal. I'm finding at least one of them in every single game on Intermediate bot games. What proof do I have? They play a specific way, buy the same set items and generally have a name made up of random characters.

The typical play pattern is they all have ghost and heal and either try to take mid or rotate through lanes feeding as they go. They will continually target the nearest minion and then charge after the bot(s) in their lane chasing it into tower range and / or a massive minion wave and they die under tower or to the minions. Sometimes they blow heal and ghost then run back to base where they stay without moving for a few minutes before repeating the process.

Since this is my second account I can generally handle whatever happens but depending on which bot they feed it can be painful. I'm not the greatest player in the world, far from it, but what bothers me is that people who are new to the game going into games with these 'players' doesn't stand much of a chance. I try to report them for cheating at the end but what is the point when I run into another one or 2 in the next game?

It won't be long before I hit 30 and have full runes and masteries for PvP but this problem seems like it happened with the removal of Dominion where all the bots used to be levelling. I know Riot can't say what they do against bots but they could give some information on bots banned and numbers so it doesn't look like yet another wall of silence over a big problem.
