Just a few questions on the Rank system/Rank games.

Currently I don't have many problems with the Rank system.Nothing I can complain about majorly. Though I have a few concerns, There has been to many games to count where I have managed to climb myself to a promotional only to loose because the player who was upset he was last pick and didn't get the role he wanted and decided to go AP Warwick bot. I won't lie my team was positive about it no one got angry we kind of just accepted it. We lost but it was expected. My point is I have seen so many cases where people have lost games because of pure salt levels of one player. I really find it unfair that it's so common to the point of where it's impossible to win the games you need to win to make progress in ranking. Is there any talk of a new option for rioters to live spectate and game? Like if someone is being salty with the team for false reasons.....Or insulting teamates etc. Something that will help punishing that specific player(s) instead of the team. I really want to prove myself on the rift but just a positive attitude isn't going to get me out of silver. Sorry if these ideas are a bit split up. I could explain it again if needed.
