Ekko's kit still has as much utility as a support and as much burst as an ap carry

If you think ekko has more utility than sona Janna soraka thresh fuck every other support you are highly mistaken.
Supports utility isn't entirely locked away behind a 3 second wait time skillshot.
Eh, he was designed as an utility assassin.
Saying he has utility and damage is... well, what he is. If you can give me a different reason why he's supposedly broken, I'm all for it. But statistics suggest that he's relatively average after the recent power shift in his kit.
