I found my most recent favorite champion to play (Camille) after I got auto filled to top lane. However I main mid lane and it is by far my favorite role. I'm not sure what I should do because either way it seems like I would be dropping one way I love to play the game. Any advice?
Why do you have to drop one, exactly?
It's always good to have a champion or two you can play in every role for those times where you can't play mid lane. Learning to play Camille is just one more step toward having a well rounded champion pool at your disposal.

Play her mid...I play alot of camille and I feel like she is actually better mid 1.) she auto loses alot of lanes top(ie irelia) 2.) mids(for the most part) have more easily dodgable ults/ important CC than top for u to dodge with ult(syndra ult,fizz ult,ekko ult,karthus ult, ori ult ect...t) 3. If you go TDL and ignite you have a lvl 2/3 that can kill most mids before they can really poke you down
