S5 Gold / S4 Plat Mid Laner LF a Team!

Hey everyone! I am currently looking for a ranked team to play with and possibly enter online tournaments with once we get some practice in.

I am currently in Gold 2 and I was in Plat 4 with a high of Plat 2 in Season 4. My current champion pool in order of who I would play the most if it is up is Nidalee, Azir, Vel'koz, and then the other champs I tend to play for counter picking are - Katarina, Swain, Twisted Fate, Ryze, Zed, Kha'Zix.
