New champ. And Quinn

I hope the dev team takes some influence from this new champ and uses it on a Quinn rework if that ever happens. Obviously not asking for a copy cat champ. But the way it's pet works is totally cool and I think valor should be somewhat similar. Thanks! And Have a great day
