I would love to see the community's thoughts on something similar to world of warcraft's bonus system for dungeon finder implemented in team builder for hard to fill roles.

No one really uses team builder that's the main issue, there are a lot of people that want to play Support the hardest full to fill in team builder. Another issue I think there is that people are looking for Supports but it you like 
they normally come up as a Tank and not support some people may not realize they should switch it to support. Then the last thing I notice in team builder people are strict when picking a team. If someone sees a champion they don't like they back out and restart. There's just to many issues with team builder to do anything with it unless you get rid of blind pick.
