Can we amend then ARURF perma ban list, or give us bans?

I mean people like Jax who is legit able to kill anyone he jumps on and you can't even flash away. Its just uncounterable with how good his mobility and such becomes. or at least give us bans so we can just not have to deal with certain champs we don't want to deal with on this mode.
