Toxic ARAMs

So I lose one game, whatever, I lose another due to clear comp advantage and the enemy talks smack all game, I get matched with them again thinking revenge time, nope 4v5 and they talk even more smack. Am I supposed to sit there, take it like a wuss, and hope they somehow get punished in this flawed system?
