About phantom dancer, the item is now outclassed by shiv and ghostblade.
Either delete it, or make it matters.

This is not true. I still much prefer the PD on adcs such as Cait and MF. Neither shiv or the PD has changed in the past year, the meta changed. It has become more important to have burst and wave clear than the consistent damage that ADCs like Cait and MF used to need most.
You could, and still can be more effective in a team fight with a PD than a shiv with Cait.
Also there have always been "better" item choices. That does not mean you get rid of the other ones.
200 more gold, for 10% higher attack speed and crit chance, taking away the "Stattikk" from Shiv.
PD is better lategame.
PD better for dueling. Shiv better for wave clear. Ghostblade just good for bursting.
