Dear Riot, you don't have to actually olaf champs anymore, just make players believe that you nerfed
That way, champs won't be olafed but people would still stop whining.

They do this a lot, I think you've been fooled.
Some one loses 5 damage across all ranks and everyone considers that champion trash tier. People overreact to every nerf right now when the nerfs are not even that harsh.
