Scaling CDR or Flat CDR on Riven

your typical rune set up on a should be flat ad reds, flat ad quints, flat armor seals/yellows and flat cdr blues. if vs an ap laner you can go hp per lvl yellows and flat mr. some also like arm pen quints or ive seen some use movement speed quints.

but basicly flat ad reds, flat ad quints +15 ad, flat armor +9 , flat cdr +7.5% cdr or hp per lvl yellows +216 @lvl 18 and flat mr +12

the whole idea is to max cd as early as possible so you can cast your abilities faster. riven is a snowball champ the faster you can kill and stack kills/gold the stronger you will get. she also scales with ad, all of her abilities scale off bonus ad, ad from runes, masteries and items.

if you wanna play riven and get good at her you need to look up BOXBOX he is considered one of the best riven players in the world. and oh yeah there is this guy called FAKER who players her mid.

I take 1 flat CDR quint and then flat CDR blues for 15% CDr at level 1 (This includes 5% given from masteries)
