The whole point of the range is that she can't go paste that range. Wouldn't make sense to magically let her go farther than her range. Also the energy is supposed to be a gate so she can't do too much. Just like how mana is a gate on most casters.
if you can instantly gap close to an adc and 100-0 them with 2 items, i think a buff isnt needed.
