Opinion: Gragas JG or Gangplank Top, who should I get?

Information on me: I primary jungle and secondary top.

I am deciding which of the two champions I should purchase with my 3150 IP or should I wait and wait for who?

I play literally all ranked and am trying to climb. I already have Hecarim and Irelia for jungle and top respectively however I am trying to find more options so that I do not get stomped in champion select. I would love comments, suggestions and advice whether it is related or not related to my question.

gp is better for solo carrying imo because you can farm for like 30 mins and then solo carry. gargas is pretty strong but needs follow up.

Gangplank is strong as always, but he's a very high skill champion. Can solo carry possibly. Gragas is versatile and has good CC, but needs follow up. Not as difficult.

Gragas jg, he is so much fun and is better for learning how to be a team player than Gangplank is. I'm not saying gp mains aren't good players though :P.

Im a jungle main and i find graggy to be insanely boring. GP is pretty fun tho.
