Hextech Keys Drop Chance? Or just Unlucky...

Ok so after ghosting the Boards for a while. I didn't see anything that gives any actual evidence for Key Frag Drops. I have gotten 3 key fragments since the Crafting went Live. In the beginning, I assumed that I would get keys frags per grade of A+ or higher. However after multiple games, I have only gotten 3 key fragments, while my friends that have played with me have gotten and kept getting fragments. It was stated that that being on a pre-made allows one to have a HIGHER chance to to obtain the fragments, but for the past few days I have not gotten a single fragment EVEN with a grade of A+ or higher WITH my pre-made team.

Even after reading THIS, I understand the more keys I earn the LOWER my chance is to get the next key fragment but, personally, I have gained in total of 3 key fragments since Live while all my other friends on league have obtained at least 6-8 key?(NOT including ones bought)

Yes we have been playing many PRE-made games in order to get more key fragments to unlock chests. Is there a bug? Or am I just REALLY unlucky even with the chance up from the pre-made system from getting Key Frags?

Grade has nothing to do with key fragments, only wins and pre-mades (and how many you got, as you said).

You're just unlucky, it seems. :\

Its been like 70 games for me with premades or solo, and still no key fragments

I feel like I'm the same way. I'm wining games and I maybe get one per every 15 games, so like 7 wins, and even that is being generous. The system seems like a nice concept but the fact that you can buy everything just kinda seems like another way for riot to make make more money.

I am having the same problem, all my friends are getting key fragments every 2 or 3 games they win. In the beginning it was the same for me, i got 6 fragments in about 15 games (10 games won), but now i have won over 12 games last few days and I haven't gotten a single one. I understand there is some randomness involved in this, but how likely am I to be that unlucky. It would explain a lot if it is harder to get more fragments if you already have gotten some, but this just doesn't seem balanced. It went from 1 fragment every 4 games you play to just no fragments at all. Can anyone explain if there is a maximum amount of fragments you can get every week/month or if there is anouther explanation for this?

dude i feel ya i got alot of keys in the start when hextech crafting went live but after some time it just stopped dropping and i had 4-5 weeks without 1 single key frag drop it was insane

i got 13 chests now and no key frags. im also playing with 3 other friends and we win more than lose
