I not sure if people will actually care or even If Riot will either. But I'm tired of just reporting these Ignorant Players just because they won and know that they won't have anything to lose when they deface and devalue others. I'm going to up date this post as I meet and find said players. <removed by moderation>
The boards are not the place to report or shame other players, so I've removed your link per the Universal Rules. Please use the post-game reporting for people that are being a problem in-game, and if a toxic player from your last match sends you a friend request, don't accept it!

I have met the same players over and over again who in which I have reported over and over again about their verbal abuse, their hate speech, spamming, and griefing etc. I have a list of people who I have blocked/reported multiple times. Yet I see them again. Go on tell me how I can shame people who are shameless and will continue to do the same thing again? Most of toxic players I have met don't care about the ban, reports, and don't believe that Riot will do anything about it. So how you like me to do that? Keep reporting them and keep seeing them on the rift? Dealing with them over and over again? Please go ahead and give me a something I can do about this. Because the Reporting them isn't working for me at all.
