Removing the item sets

What possible reason could Riot have for removing a good thing. I am so confused. It was there, it was great to have, now its just gone. All of my what. Riot Plz.

They didn't remove it.

They just haven't re-implemented it in the new client yet.

EndlessSorcerer is right. To add to that, though, Riot have said that they are going to re-implement item sets in the new client.

Good, I had taken a lot of time off and came back and simply upgraded to the new client and noticed that. Im glad they are bringing it back as its really nice to have for some champs

they said they were gonna readd after backlash

if they aren't in there yet, i doubt they'll get in

Rito will say something like they always do explaining how it isn't possible and try to spin it somehow saying that we don't actually want it

They mentioned a multi-patch plan to end the client beta and retire the old client. (I think that's already started, but since it was supposed to start in other regions, I'm not sure.)

They specifically said that they will add item sets to the new client after the beta is over. I don't expect them to go back on that, but it will probably be a few months before the item sets are added to the new client.

they also said solo que was coming last year and after months they were like "jk guys its actually impossible sry."

well they proved it wasn't actually impossible by bringing it back this year, and that they were full of shit

i don't believe anything they say anymore when it's about going back on something they said

ill be surprised if we get item sets back Soon (tm). It'll likely happen once we don't care anymore
