New QSS Item Idea

Right now, Quicksilver Sash is an item with a passive that can be desired by all champions depending on the circumstances, but it is currently only available as a niche item choice for ADCs. Given that Guardian Angel can be viable on all champions depending on the circumstances, I wish this item to be fairly comparable to it. As such, it has the same base stats as a Guardian Angel but with the pasive switched out for the Quicksilver active and the price lowered to match the value of the Quicksilver passive as taken from Quicksilver Sash .

Quicksilver Guardian

• Recipe: Chain Vest (750g) + Quicksilver Sash (1250g) + 650gold (Total Cost: 2650)
• +50 Armor, +50 Magic Resist
• Unique Active – Quicksilver: Removes all debuffs from your champion. 90 second cooldown.

Cost Breakdown

• 50 Armor = 1000g
• 50 Magic Resist = 1000g
• Quicksilver Passive = 650g
