it isn't even a nerf really lmfao
Just seems a nerf to the Ult for the early game, I haven't seen the numbers, but it might do around the same damage at full edge stacks. As for the Passive.. if the AA cancelling remains, it looks like it will still do decent damage. Her other skills haven't been touched.

Riven only lost her ability to snipe someone whenever she wants. She has to have full edge to get old execute value. And her passive is the same except it generates Edge when she procs it with her auto attack. And when she has full edge, she deals 10% more damage across all abilities and auto attacks.
Also she loses Edge stacks when she hasn't attacked enemy champions for 10 seconds. I repeat, when she hasn't procced her passive on ENEMY CHAMPIONS. This buff simply expires.
Learn to read notes, fool.
This is even more proof that 99% of Riven whiners know jack shit about her, and just want her pretty much deleted.
at least requires health as a cost. Riven is costless.
But I still agree that shes not as scary as she used to be only because other champions are being revamped to match her own kit which was light-years ahead of nearly any other champ in lol.
