graves nerf unintended consequences

In the update its stated that they wanted to impact graves' ability to be tanky enough lifesteal over it essentially. They also wanted to add damage to his crits to move him back into a marksmen role I presume. The issue with how they implemented this is in the scaling of how many pellets he shoots on crits. I was running crit graves marksmen in botlane and found that with an ie and 89% crit from runes and 3 items, I could get 1-2 second dash resets. It was extremely mobile which is necessary for such a close range marksmen that also get bonuses from getting close to targets. The new crits now only apply 6 pellets base and as such with a 4 pellet base It seems we will only get 7-8 pellets on ie crits. This will take us from a max of 5 seconds per shot off e to 4 seconds per shot off e. 2 seconds total before the reload. I'm afraid to even play graves now if hes not going to be useable in either a lifesteal manner or hypermobile crit carry.

graves arnt weak your just to used to him being op iv tested it to. i feel he still needs an extra nerf
