Its really starting to wear on me these people who rage throw games

Its gonna be the nail in the coffin for my league playing. Its every other game, if not every game, someone either on my team or the enemy team is rage afk pushing/rage quitting/rage afk jungle farming/whatever. These guys who just give up 20 minutes in and afk split push till the end of the game or afk jungle farm, 1v5 5-6 times in a row on purpose, etc.

I dunno how much more I can take. I mean where is the fun games? Its every game this shit is happening either on my team or the enemy. Hours wasted. I either get a free win or an easy win because some random enemy rage quits/afk farms, or my enemy team does. Its not even fun. It actually completely sours the entire experience.

My Jax just did it. Just decided to rage afk push all game, and 1v5. Game before had a run it down mid enemy Renekton stacking tears. On and on, every day, every night, every 1 or 2 games, someone is doing this shit. Its just frustrating, annoying, and ruins the game.

Yep, this is THE big League killer for me.

The only negative attitudes that get banned are homophobic or racist slurs. Spamming GG, harassing teammates, throwing - nothing seems to get punished despite valid “negative attitude” reports.

A lot of games are winnable if people just shut the fuck up and focus for 5 minutes.

Not gonna lie. I do this all the time now. It's not because of rage however, but I'm sure for some people it is, it's because of extended frustration and dissatisfaction with the game itself and has nothing to do with any particular match.

Having played the game for almost 8 years, and then slowly over 4 years the game becoming so disconnected and neglectful of the kind of gameplay that I enjoy, sure, if I've got some time to waste or want something to do with my hands, I'll jump on, and just afk push for a few games. Why not? I've got the experience that doing it is almost completely subconscious and keeps my hands/me busy. It's also great stress relief if I'm honest.

And before you say "go play a bot game", there's a dark humor and satisfaction in ruining the game for other people which makes it feel so much better. Sry, it's just the truth of the matter.

Unfortunately riot has produced more and more of such players through their constant hunt for the "larger audience". They're willing to replace and change different aspects of the game, for the "greater good of the game", but then piss off some of the players who had no issues with, or enjoyed, what existed. Inevitably they lose some of that audience, and their audience shifts, meaning what's good for their audience also shifts, but further away from those who didn't leave. Riot is incapable of identifying such players and neither riot or other players care about the reason behind such behavior, so the result is riot not being able to do anything about them.

Probably they should behave better, still I understand they got sick to have games that end at 10-15 minutes, with another 10-15 minutes of agony.

its only worse knowing u cant report them because they dont type anything.

id prefer if they were to get banned for it but you can COMPLETELY afk split and intentionally throw the game but since its not TOO obvious you will NEVER be punished as long as you dont type it in chat.

It works for me sometimes, because they begin to panic about me splitting. Or I farm in the jg and my team is forced to play defensively and we catch up.

But running it down a lane with tear? Nah ban them Riot.

I can sympathize with you dude.

At one point I just stopped caring with talking to anyone in league because of most the playerbase's rude and meme-ish attitude. It was as if no one really wants to play and behave like a decent human being. So I decided to just mute all chat because I was just sick of the trash talk in general. That is you can call, "get rekt kid xd" and "gg ez" trash talk. A baboon can come up with better wholesome trashtalk than a neanderthal typing "lmao xd" in all chat.

So after 8 months of muting my all chat I decided to unmute when my friends started to read outloud a lot of juicy trash talk and I wanted to read it for myself. But 2 weeks have gone by since I've lifted my own all chat mute and to my surprise from all of the matches I've played, a lot of the toxic behavior had really been coming from my teammates. With this realization I've slowly stopped caring about playing league in general and started having with fun playing new games, mostly single player with PvE elements. It was very liberating not having to deal with adult children anymore.

I still find myself wanting to get Diamond since I've been Platinum almost my entire time in League but I go back to thinking that it isn't worth the hassle playing with players who don't what it means to be a team player and being a decent human being.

They are the true toxicity that is making the game feel terrible to play. I can mute people that spam pings and at least laugh at my feeble attempts to play around their incredibly erratic behavior. People that intend to lose just have no place in the game.

Enemy team was literally 5 man running around making picks, despite me saying, "we need to group, they just keep getting picks" and our top laner was all, "No, we need to farm" as he continues to suicide splitpush while saying, "I'm a Darius, I can't teamfight".

Next game my ADC made some sort of remark that pissed off our jungler, which started a flame war between the two of them. I said, "we get it, you hate each other, just focus on winning and you never have to see each other again," to be met with "maybe I'll start losing :)" from our jungler who would suicide splitpush, dive in 1v5, or ignore barons/dragons and say "unlucky", "that's unlucky", "unlucky they got baron", etc every time he died and ended the game with "maybe you won't flame next time ADC".

Next game we get a toxic duo, that flamed everyone on our team at one point or another throughout the game. Our mid and jungle get caught out near dragon during lane phase, so I run down from red side bot tower to try and get to them to help defend, but they ran up through our jungle instead of coming down to bot lane, so I threw some spells at the people chasing, ulted, snared a few people, and then ran back around the wall since the fight was moving up towards our blue buff instead of being in the river and I wasn't about to run through the enemy team to join. They went on for about 5 minutes about how I was being a "pussy" in the back, full hp, not helping despite me getting the enemy Kat to half health and stalling her for most of the fight before she cleaned up since they wanted to fight the 1v4v3 instead of just running when everyone was snared. After they made the comment, "I remember you missing your skillshots" and "I remember that as well", I said, "of course you do, you're a duo, you'll back up whatever he says even if it's wrong," since they only seemed to help each other (turns out they were a duo as well, though I was just guessing at the time). They then go on berating our ADC for no damage, our top lane for getting flashed on by the enemy team (I think 3 people flashed to get him slightly out of position), while occasionally asking me "why do you think duo = bad" since I was trying to keep the rest of our team together ("just ignore the flaming duo, you're fine"). Half way through our ADC was done with being berated and threw up a surrender vote, but by that time our top had joined the flame war started by these two.

Had another where our Riven was dead set that I was a worthless Morgana support, to the point that I snared the enemy ADC in place for 3 seconds, and this Riven couldn't kill her despite building full lethality, flashed the wall to finish the kill, got stunlocked, died, and then blamed me. Later the enemy Thresh throws a hook at our Riven, so I Spellshield her, she sidesteps so it hits me, Thresh and his ADC engage on me, my ADC and mid team go on them, and Riven's running around next to me (I survive with <100 hp, while she's full) instead of killing the 2v4 that blew everything on the support. Because she didn't engage on him, the enemy team got there in time to kill our mid laner with our ADC barely surviving, and Riven no where around to help them cause she's still following me back to the fountain.

The only consolation prize for all this is I got a "due to your recent report, a player has been punished" instant feedback thing, though honestly I'd rather just not have the stress of these games on my mind.

Intentional throwing isnt allowed so this is standard when teams talk trash to their teammates. Especially when its a whole team or premades. Its the league standard. Just because it isnt allowed doesnt mean it stopped. It just got more low key. They will also bait allies into fights and back out etc.

Ive had some admit it. Never seen a your report did something msg in a year+ though.
