GETTING BANNED AFTER GAME CRASHING

Seriously tho, this has been very annoying when your game crashes for no reason and then after the game finishes, you get penalty and get placed in low priority for something you cannot control =.= Can RITO considers about that because it is really unfair. I know some of the players are just mean and want to troll by afk-ing or quitting the game, but there are also some players like me who have their game crashed because of the server or their internet (in my case, most of the time it was server's fault), and after the game they get banned and have to wait for 20 mins penalty. This is very frustrating and just so unfair. Either RITO should fix their server, or they should make a new policy for players who have problem like me

I've experienced this a lot and sadly I think I understand the biggest problem for Riot in this.

They cannot tell the difference between leaving due to an internet crash and leaving because of afk/trolling/quitting the match.

dude i know how u feeling,its happen to me alot ,and i got punished for 5 games for lower priority que about 20 mins,and its annoying,i hope riot do soething about system cuz(its bs)

Client stability has been needed since first season. While it has gotten better, it still needs fixed. On the game start it sometimes black screens instead of popping up the loading screen, in which I will have to ctrl+alt+del out.

Right now I have to wait for 20 mins to find a match. So frustrating =.=
