Question about season's rewards

I have a personal question about season's rewards. I got banned 14 days due to toxicity on August 4, which was 6 days before the 3-months priority of the season (I was pretty easy to get mad back in that time to be honest and had said some stupid things that I shouldn't have). I did not know about the 3-months priority at that time until I read the article and requirements for players to be eligible for season's rewards. Now I see almost all of my friends in friend list already has their icon and border, and I still have nothing. Therefore I need to know if that ban in the past still affects me, and if I am still eligible for this season's rewards. I know the last day for earning season's rewards is Nov 17, but I need to find out now so I will not have high expectation anymore if I am not eligible for the rewards as I thought I would.
