ARAM nightmare : full melee vs ranged champions

Ok, many things has been said about ARAM and I was still able to enjoy this mode until today, when my last matchup was stupidly unfavorable.

How am I supposed to win against Zed, Lux, Ezreal, Jinx and Sion when in my team we're all playing AD melee champions ?

I think it could be easy to fix that through the matchmaking or by offering a reroll in the champion select, something like that, but obviously this problem is huge. You have to do something.

(I played this game on pbe so you won't find it in my match history)

That is the risk you run in ARAM...it's RANDOM.

when you have a team full of melee in aram, vs a team full of ranged..... get right in their faces all game and dont back off ... stay in their faces

Actually as all melee champs you should be able to win teamfights vs a full ranged comp as long as you have some kind of engage and they dont have a Janna.

Honestly, I find it worse when you get all AP or all AD champs. Makes itemizing against you super easy.

Sion, Rammus, Riven, Nidalee, Tryndamere vs. Lux, Cait, Nunu, Fiddle, Ashe

Try that for pain. They had almost 30 kills more than us by the 15 minute mark. We didn't exactly play very well, but...damn.

The CC was real.

I've gotten an all-ranged vs all-melee matches before. Some I've lost because the enemy team used the fact that we are squishy and lack CC and survivability to their advantage.

There already is a reroll.
No, it's not obvious how an occasional, unfavorable, team composition in the just-for-fun, random, "short game because I only have 20 minutes before something else" mode is a problem, let alone a huge one.

That's part of the flavor of random picks. Some matches you'll get a stomp comp, some will be a fair fight, and some will be ridiculously outmatched by your enemy. What's funny is when you have a full team of full melee and three people reroll... to more melee champs.
