Thats literally any role. If youre playing top and bot lane feeds 5 kills to some stupid champion like twitch or lucian guess what happens
If you want to farm for 10 minutes, don't play ADC. it's a snowball role.

To be fair that sounds an awful lot like the complaints a lot of people had last season. Just replace ADC with top or applicable role.
I mean your first mistake is calling your teammates mentally handicapped.
