Did my mmr drop from inactivity?

I took a 2 month break from league when I came back I was still Gold 1 21LP where I left off. Since I've been playing for 3 days or so I have gone from Gold 1 to Gold 3 75LP. Like I am not one to be super mad at riot or blame the system and ik im not a perfect player but if you look at the teams im getting it is actually sad and the most unbalanced thing I have ever seen. Last game I had an annie mid who went like 0/8 with 70 cs at 21 min... like wtf is this bronze? I am so tilted by this and I am actually thinking of making that break for life because riot is ruining my experience back, putting me with the worse teams possible. Ik I am far from perfect but cmon they are trolling me hard.
