My secret friend admitted "Airbender Sivir" was to be her default, ultimate adjustment
background skin and in game abilities which would be named after airbending moves. Her boomerang was to be controlled by air. Her spell whield would be made of air manipulation to reflect (block) incoming enemy spells, and her ultimate would decrease the airpressure and ressistances upon her path so she would airbend her whole team away or towards a fight. the majority of the kit was still kept, including her airnomad-passive , but the naming was to be deferred to a later skin which never made it out due to not being obvious where it originated from Avatar: the Last Airbender. My question is then, why is it fine to have Toph in the game to come out earthbending (taliyah) and Meramon from digimon (brand) but not continue the concept of sivir as an airbender?
And it totally makes sense now, her abilities are the way of an airbender. Her ultimate does no damage, it is an empowerment of her allies. neether does her passive. Is there anyway we can buff Sivir's richochet to move faster if her passive is active? This would really help in team fights. Sivir has a BOOMERANG (instead of a staff), so can we increase her ad ratios back to 260% TOTAL AD? If they damage is being reduced by the amount of targets it hits, then there is no reason why it's a mere 100% of her total ad.

Like, if she is a dessert warrior, you need to scale up her damaging abilities since she barely has any (maybe attack speed steroid on her passive also? ) SHE HAS HER Q FOR PHREAK'S SAKE: she cant us anything else to damage / cc in a Duel against another adc if there isnt a minion wave.
Maybe go with her theme and airbender all enemies with her ultimate: give her toggling speed buff where she gets more if she runs away and less if she chases, and unchanged for allies.
In other words, BUFF her ULTIMATE to where it become personal for HER (special stats for her character model that arent shared with any one, just buffing her). 
...actually now irelia and xin also come from dynasty warriors.
