Nami midlane
I was wondering can we get buffs for her scaling abilities (+ nerf base dmg if necessary) and let her be also on mid like they did to rakan? Like 10/20% on her Q or W and R

I would love for her to be viable mid. It's easy to do now, even, without really touching her dealings or damage. As someone who has played Nami in a solo lane, I feel like if you mess with her numbers too much, she runs the risk of becoming oppressive and really war of attrition, which many people hate. Plus, one of the primary barriers to her solo lane potential is that she doesn't have a good wave clear ability. They could totally alleviate this by giving her bubble bonus damage to minions. Just minions; not champions.
It would mean that solo lane Nami would even be forced to max her bubble instead of her heal, preventing her from being quite as oppressive.
No -- Champions who have high innate sustain and poke and are meant to be supports and therefore also have utility should not be able to go in solo lanes. We all remember the abysmal terror that was Soraka when she could self heal and spam starcall.
